At Ilhaan Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our simple exchange and refund policy below.

Exchange

Exchange is available within 7 Days of delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
Size exchange is available, subject to stock availability.
Sale/discounted items are exchange only and are not eligible for refund.

Refunds are only offered in case of a wrong, damaged, or defective product received.
Refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery and share clear pictures/videos of the product.

If the mistake is from Ilhaan Couture, we will cover the applicable exchange/return shipping charges.
For size exchange, return/reshipping charges may be paid by the customer.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
